What happens if I exceed the number of orders included in my plan?
We will give you plenty of notice if you get close to the number of orders in your plan. If you exceed the threshold the widget will be hidden on your store.
I am on development store, do I need to pay a subscription fee?
If you are working on a development store for a client, the app will be free forever. Just upgrade when you are ready to go live. If your store is already live and exceed your free 10 order/ month, just get in touch with support.
Can you set the widget up for me on my Shopify store?
If you need a hand with setup, we are happy to help. We can help you to position and style the widget on your store. If you need we can add custom CSS directly to the widget.
Do I need to be on a Shopify Plus plan to use the enterprise plan?
